We quote an appropriate tracked, air, express, or freight route after confirming carton data, destination, import needs, insurance, and the requested delivery window.
7-day quality guarantee
Inspect the order on arrival. If an item has a verified manufacturing defect, material non-conformity, shortage, or incorrect variant, notify JoKiwi within 7 calendar days of delivery with the order code and clear photo or video evidence. Eligible affected goods receive a full refund under the accepted order terms.
Professional inspection documents
We provide professional inspection documentation matched to the selected product or production batch. Where a stone-specific grading report is available, the issuer, report scope, and certificate-to-item mapping are confirmed in the quotation.

Quotes and invoices are available in USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, and AUD; USD is the default.
