Please note: Every custom project is governed by its approved quotation, specification sheet, sample approval, and production agreement.
What can be customized

- Ring assortments, necklace chain options, bracelet lengths, and earring selling units.
- Text engraving, logo cards, gift boxes, inserts, labels, and presentation details.
- Seasonal capsules and culturally inspired motifs developed with clear attribution and review.
How a project moves
- Inquiry and feasibility review: intended market, quantity, budget, timeline, and design references.
- Written quotation: product scope, MOQ, sampling, packaging, payment milestones, and estimated lead time.
- Sample approval: dimensions, materials, color, finish, branding, and packaging.
- Production and quality review after the required approvals and payment milestone.
- Packing and shipment with carton plan, shipping method, documents, and destination requirements.
What to include in your request
- Product codes or reference images and the features to preserve or change.
- Required material, stone, finish, dimensions, ring sizes, chain inclusion, and packaging.
- Target quantity by variant, destination country, delivery date, and target price range.
- Logo or artwork files that you own or are authorized to use.
Approvals and changes
Buyer approval of samples, artwork, specifications, and tolerances is required before production. Changes after approval may affect cost, minimum quantity, and delivery timing.
Custom work can include normal production tolerances. Any critical measurement, color, stone, hallmark, certificate, or packaging requirement must be written into the approved specification.
