Are the displayed prices final?

Catalog prices are shown in USD at variant level. Availability, destination shipping, taxes, duties, optional boxes, certificates, engraving, and customization are confirmed in the final quotation before payment.

What does a product variant represent?

A variant is a specific purchasable combination such as stone size, color, finish, ring size, chain option, or packaging choice. Use product codes in quote requests so the selected specification remains unambiguous.

How are rings, earrings, and necklaces sold?

• Ring assortments identify available size codes; grouped ring requirements preserve US 6, 7, and 8 where listed.
• Earrings are quoted as a pair unless a product specification explicitly states otherwise.
• Necklace variants state whether a chain is included. A pendant-only variant is not treated as a complete necklace.
• Packaging is optional and priced separately unless the quotation states that it is included.

Are laboratory-grown diamonds certified?

Laboratory-grown does not automatically mean that an individual stone includes a grading report. When a report is available, the issuing laboratory, report scope, matching identifier, and any fee are confirmed for the selected variant before ordering.

Can I order samples or wholesale quantities?

Yes. MOQ is confirmed by product, variant mix, and customization scope rather than one universal site-wide number. Sample availability, assortment rules, private-label options, lead time, and worldwide delivery are reviewed through a wholesale inquiry. A submitted inquiry is not a binding order.

Which currencies can I use?

USD is the default catalog and quotation currency. JoKiwi can also prepare quotations and invoices in EUR, GBP, CAD, or AUD. The quotation states the exchange basis and the date until which the price is valid.

What happens if there is a quality problem?

Inspect the order when it arrives. Report a manufacturing defect, material non-conformity, shortage, or incorrect variant within 7 calendar days after delivery with the order code and clear photo or video evidence. A verified issue qualifies for a full refund on eligible affected goods under the accepted order terms.

What inspection or certificate documents are supplied?

JoKiwi provides professional inspection documentation matched to the selected product or batch. Stone-specific grading reports are included only when applicable; the quotation identifies the issuer, report scope, fee if any, and certificate-to-item mapping.

What if information is missing?

JoKiwi does not treat an unknown material, purity, treatment, certificate, or dimension as verified. Ask for written confirmation before ordering when an attribute is important to your use or market.
